You must apply for registration online. Applications sent by post, e-mail, or telephone will not be accepted. If you experience difficulty with online registration, please contact the conference secretariat for assistance.
Payment must be made in USD. Payment must be made by bank transfer; no other method of payment will be accepted. The conference organisers will not be responsible for any bank charges.
Your remittance must be received within 14 days’ of registration. The details of the Conference Bank Account will be displayed on the last page of the online registration application form. Please return the online remittance form by logging in to your account and indicate your conference registration number on this form.
A letter confirming your registration will be e-mailed to you once you have completed registration online and made the appropriate payment. Upon presentation of this letter at the Conference Registration Desk you will be supplied with your Conference Package and an official receipt.
Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation and are not transferable.
